Friday Funny 119: My New Running Form

My coach has taught me this "secret running form" to try when I start getting fatigued this weekend at the race.

I hope this works......

I've gotten this down to 6 minute miles, so I think I'm good to go..... ;)

Sweeeet. Do that for about 5 minutes and then try to stand up straight.
