A friend / neighbor on the Mill City team sent me some photos from one of their team photographers. She teased "twisting like that is a good way to throw your back out" as I was shouting HI to my wife early on in the race because I thought she didn't see me:

I also bumped into Nicole who I hadn't seen in a while. (I ended up lining up right next to her hubby Jamie.) Jamie told me I'd be proud of her shorts, so I was excited to see them post-race. They had a sweet floral pattern:

Race Photo... From a STUDENT!

I forgot to post this last fall...

Right after the kinda warm and definitely not fast 2025 TC 10 Mile, one of my students came up to me before class sometime the following week. She said she saw me finish, told me I was FAST (she got an "A" for sucking up like that), and then showed me a photo she took of me! She recognized me from a ways off and got her camera ready and snapped a pic:

Yes, this was me hurtin' in the finisher's chute, probable just a few seconds after that sweet pic that bro-in-law Jon snapped of me near the finish line.

Turkey Day 5K Photos

I know I’m about 2 months late on this, but here are a few photos that TC in Motion posted on Facebook from the Turkey Day 5K that Henry and I did:
