Some of those “reasons” are pretty impressive! In that last photo, they seem to be arguing about what time it is: 3 of them think it's 11:00, while 1 of them thinks it's about 1:30. Interesting...
In an actual workout update, I’ve seen Dr. Folske for 2 more ART sessions on my heel. He’s been doing his thing to me, and it’s helping. He had me go for a quick 4 miler the other day, and it went well for how fast I was going (4 miles in 23:46 - that’s 5:57/mile, yo!). My speed is still there, but will I do OK with long runs that were cut short due to my achilles? Tune-in 9 days from now to find out...

It would seem that picture number 2, aside from the whole time confusion thing, contains some freakishly large hardware. Do you suppose those babies are real? Maybe you should post the picture of their bowlegged girlfriends?

Some of those guys must have been up to something other than bike riding. My equipment is the opposite of happy after a few hours on the bike.
