TC 10 Mile Sunrise

I ran the TC 10 Mile this past weekend, and almost every time I run it, I wished I had my phone to snap a photo of the sunrise along the river. Here are a few pics that I found on Instagram of the beginning of the TC 10 Mile:

Also, I had my first run post-TC 10 Mile yesterday, and it went well! My calves were a little sore, but everything felt fine on a short 4.5 mile run. The funny thing was that many of us were complaining how HOT it was on race day (I think we tied a daily high temp record the day before the race), and then on my very next run, I was in a hat, mittens, and long sleeves as it was 37 degrees!
