Semi-Wordless Wednesday: A Date Night Workout

My boys went to my Mom's this past weekend. My wife had to work, and I did a lot of odd jobs around the house. We had no date planned, and she went for her long run on Saturday night after work. I surprised her by showing up on my bike about 1/2 way into her run so we could get some time together:
