Bee? Wasp? Some painful sting mark post-ride from a sting during my ride to work on Monday.
(Next to an old chicken pox scar on my hip. Covered in sweat. I'm nasty.)

Half-naked Henry on a warm 8.4 mile run yesterday. He slept for 8 miles of the run.

Henry's new favorite changing-pad toy: a lint roller and it's cover.
