Instagram of the Day: Some PT for my Legs

Yesterday I Instagrammed this:

"Another day, another therapy machine. Got electrical current sent through my quad
for 16 mins as I did lunges and stretched."

I had been hooked up to a different machine 2 days before. (Scroll through my Instagram to find that.)

Then I came home where Henry cleaned the bedding for my in-laws this weekend:

"Henry's helping to clean all the kitty fur off the guest bed
for visiting family for the TC Marathon this weekend!"
