Mexico 2025 (2 of 2)

I'll pick up where we left off in part one: it's Wednesday morning (day 5) during our trip. Charlie was ready to do a little climbing:

Wednesday night I slept horribly (as noted more in this post full of workouts in Mexico). I either had what Henry had, or just had some other random issue. After not doing much the day before, I woke up with my Garmin showing me the LOWEST "training readiness" possible!!

Truly never seen anything like that before! Normally I'm in the 60-80 range!
