Back-to-Back Big Weeks of "Intensity Minutes"

I posted early last week about a big training week 2 weeks ago that had 2041 “intensity minutes” according to my Garmin (the only time I’ve been over 1798 intensity minutes, so it was a big jump!). Well, the following week was good too!

Some of that 2nd big week is highlighted in my last post about too of the biking I’ve been doing lately. That sure added to this 2nd week of larger intensity minutes.


A little up-tick the last 2 weeks on the right...


...but more noticeable in the last 52 weeks:
a PR week followed by a better-than-average week!


Lots of steps too!

Obviously, moving around that much would pump my step totals as well. My family was back on Friday afternoon, and really all of Friday was spent cleaning up before they got back, so it was really only 4 days of that week that were “family-less” and therefore EASIER to be bigger. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were very normal with my family back (with them getting back just after my solid tempo run!).
