Instagram of the Day: A New Pet!!

I posted this over the weekend:

Meet Sssylvia. She’s a 10-year-old ball python that my former CVA students Tyler and Brie had for the last few years, and last night they passed her on to Charlie. Charlie’s on cloud nine right now with a python living at the foot of his bed. Enid came around to Sssylvia pretty quickly, but Bruce isn’t so sure (staring at her from across the room on top of the hamper). Thanks so much Tyler and Brie!!!

The following morning, Charlie took notes on temperature in her tank:

This prompted Brie to say "she'll be the first snake to live to be 150-years-old!"


The view at 5:30 yesterday morning - Charlie wanted to sleep on the floor next to Sssylvia.

She's been curled up and de-stressing from the move since we got her. Hoping she perks up shortly so we can try feeding her - she hasn't ate since OCTOBER!
