February in Review

February was a weird month. Here's what my training log looked like:
• SWIM: 12,000 yards
• BIKE: 34.08 miles
• TRAINER TIME: 9 hrs 12 mins
• RUN: 94.32 miles
• STRENGTH: 45 hrs 14 mins
I specifically swam 3100 yards on the 25th to hit 12,000 yards for the month. I've only had 7 months bigger than that since the beginning of COVID. (Hoping to make this current month bigger with a big upcoming week as mentioned in Thursday's post.) Everything else was just "fine." Actually, probably considered "not bad" being we were on the road for a chunk of the month.
I ended the month with some good trainer rides as posted about recently. I have no specific goals for this month, but I'm actually hoping to out-do most of these numbers (between having some better workouts and the month having 3 more days). Let's see what happens!....
