Semi-Wordless Wednesday: A Hematoma On My Sternum

I mean... I guess the title says it all.

Yesterday, I not-so-gracefully couldn't get unclipped in time when I finished my bike ride and pulled back up to my house. So I tipped over on my front sidewalk. My knee took the brunt of it:

But I also apparently took an aero pad to the sternum. Because it looked like this:

Still super sweaty chest hair. #SorryNotSorry

And 6 hours later, it looked like this:

Close up. Not bloody at all. Just a big sore hematoma.


This morning: 24 hours later.
