Building Up Again After A Little Rest

After many weeks of a swim, bike, or a run happening EVERY day (as shown in last weekend's post), I scaled it back after some knee pain last Friday. Here's a shot of my training calendar, with some easy days the 8th through the 12th:
Knee pain showing up in a swim on Friday the 7th, then just strength work on the 9th-11th.
