My training numbers for the month of May look really weird:
That's a lot of pretty consistent strength training, with no swims, bikes, runs, aqua jogs, or trainer rides. Only orange.
I'm seeing my physical therapist on Monday, and we'll see what she says about getting me back to doing those other things soon. I'm really not in too big of a hurry, but I just want to be better ASAP.
