Hahaha! I'm prob the talker....i try to steer clear of the side crunchers and abductors, nothing worse than an unsolicited ball sighting.....ick!

Oh my gosh! Hilarious! I'm still traumatized when I saw my co-worker's junk when we did a group work out about 15 years ago. Why didn't he wear longer shorts?!

My chiropractor wants me to be the thruster. :) Supposedly a really good exercise is holding it for two min.

Ahahaha! Ooooh... That was good. I like being the noisy lifter, but on purpose and over the top. Good for a laugh.
