Semi-Wordless Wednesday: My Garmin Telling Me to GO WORKOUT!

Nine days ago was my last "skipped" run because of some calf pain. When I woke up that morning (75 mins later than normal as I had skipped my long run) after not biking the previous few days to rest my leg, my Garmin told me it was TIME TO TRAIN!!



I've never seen my "training readiness" at 100! I woke up yesterday morning after a long run and a bike to work the day before to it being 19. If I'm well-rested after a weekend, it might be at 80-90. But 100 was wild! Too bad I was about to skip a long run though.

Sidenote: I did a shorter version of my normal long run 2 days ago, and my calf held up fine! I'm still wearing the night splint, but I feel like I'm on the road to recovery!
