Good Weeks of "Intensity Minutes"

Garmin tracks "intensity minutes" which are minutes where your heartrate is up. And you get double the minutes when your heartrate is higher. (I'm a little annoyed by it because if I don't tell it I'm doing a certain activity, I won't get "intensity" credits, but if I do the same thing and call it a "walk" or a "hike," then suddenly I get "intensity" minutes for it.)

Four weeks ago and 3 weeks ago, I was right around 1200 minutes. Two weeks ago I had a dip as that was my race week where I took it easy pre-race. And then last week I had a week over 1300 mins because of a good outdoor ride and biking to and from school with my boys 2 days:


The last 4 full weeks of "intensity" minutes.


Highlighting the rides in my biggest 2 weeks, and my pre-race rest on my tiny week.

Shooting to have another decent week (but not HUGE).
