November Training Totals

For having Covid affect my training on the 16th through the 19th, November still looked QUITE good:
• BIKE: 11.23 miles (just our memorial ride)
• BIKE TRAINER: 10 hrs and 4 mins
• RUN: 95.11 miles
• STRENGTH: 40 hrs and 39 mins
My swim total is smack between my Sept and Oct totals - that is what it is. Not trying to do anything special there, and just happy I'm getting in a swim each week.
My bike time is not worth mentioning, and my trainer time is the lowest it's been in a while, but my only real "skipped" workout with Covid was a trainer workout, so that tracks. Not a concern in Nov.
My run total is still solid - before November, I've had 5 months in 2022 with a bit less mileage and 5 months with a bit more (ranging from 80 to 107 miles). So nicely "average" for 2022.
And my strength time is SOMEHOW still high! I thought I'd lose a lot of strength time teaching 2 new classes (3 classes total at 2 universities) this fall, but it's staying high. I think I've had my 6 biggest months of strength work all in 2022, with this being the 3rd over 40 hours in my lifetime!
