Semi-Wordless Wednesday: MAJOR Miles on My Running Shoes

After the 5K a few weeks back, I knew I needed to change my shoes. So last week I upgraded the pair on the left with the pair on the right:

Over 1,050 miles on my last 2 pairs of running shoes is HUGE!

That was nearly a full year of good running on just 2 pairs of shoes!! When I'm injured, I like to swap out shoes around 300 miles. So 568 miles on this most recent pair of shoes might be a PR!
