Week in Review: Solid Trainer Time!

Here's what last week looked like:



RUNS: Normal 3x/week that tied the week 3 weeks before for total distance (15.27 miles) which has been my most since becoming injured last August.

BIKE: 3 hours and 10 minutes of trainer time (nothing fancy about it), and even a short ride with the boys on Saturday night.

STRENGTH: Just over 8 hours of solid strength work.

This week will be a bit shorter on everything as I was away from home a few days earlier this week. Back with some funnies tomorrow!
