Long Run with the Boys

Sorry, I know this is similar to Thursday's post, but here was my view for 7.5 miles this morning:

This was my first long run since last weekend's triathlon, and everything held up well. It was a nice moderate run where the first 6 miles averaged 6:52 pace. We saw lots of running buddies, a unicycle, and even the inside of a porta potty (even though Charlie ASSURED me he didn't have to go just 30 minutes before).
