Loitering in a Parking Lot

I spent a few hours illegally hanging out under this sign this morning:

This was the parking lot that contained the transition zone for the "Minnesota Triathlon" (formerly the "Lake Marion Triathlon"). I decided to race at the last minute being my boys are at my Mother-in-Law's house and my wife has to work this weekend. Nothing better to do! :)
