Just hanging out with my new BFFs: Ryan and Sara Hall (the fastest couple on the planet):

I was invited to a press luncheon for the Medtronic TC 1 Mile that's taking place tonight. Sara was the runner-up 2 years ago with a time of 4:39.1. She has recently beat most of the field in tonight's race at the Grand Blue Mile in Iowa. Her husband Ryan needs no introduction. He holds the American Record in the Half Marathon (59:43) and recently ran the fastest marathon of any American EVER at Boston (2:04:58). He'll be trying to go sub-4 for the first time ever in a mile!!

My goal as always at the TC 1 mile is to have fun and enjoy a beer at the Brit's Pub cheer zone afterward.
