Boys Sports Updates: a CC PR and Some Soccer

Last weekend, Henry set his cross country PR at the Griak meet at Fort Snelling!! The course might have been a LITTLE short as lots of people were PRing. He went out hard with a 5:40 opening mile, then a 6:01 2nd mile, and finally around a 6:10 final mile. He finished in 18:16 with about a 50 sec PR from his best time last year!! He was FIRST for his team for the 2nd meet in a row!!

He had another meet with similar weather (cool and damp) a few days ago, and he broke 19 mins for the 2nd time ever with a 18:51 (finishing 2nd for his team).

And Charlie's had a few soccer games this fall. His team is 1-2 with a blow-out loss, a nice win, and a close loss. His cousin came to cheer him on during his last game:
