Losing a Toenail

I showed a SUPER SORE looking toenail back in early February after an icy run with lots of turns. It SUCKED.

Last week, I was clipping my toenails, and that toenail felt... different....

Looking horrible...

... oh HI THERE!

So off it came. There was a thin nail growing in its place. But this fella went into the trash:
