Here's just a few stuck-at-home links regarding our current situation:

Here's an article about the plight of the lap swimmer. It seems a little whiny to me, but it might partially be because I'm doing OK not swimming right now. So maybe I should shut it.

Nike's "NTC Premium" workout subscription service is now free. There are training plans, workouts (including "body-weight only" options), and tips from experts all for free.

The National Academy of Sports Medicine "fitness trainer certification" has a lot of free options for people. Here, I found workouts, stretching routines, and all kinds of "physical" info (in text and video format).

And in previous links that have been shared here before...

Here's info showing that it's safer than that one study showed to workout outdoors. Be safe. Keep your distance. Wear a mask if/when you can. But don't be scared by that one Belgian study that tested things very, very poorly.
