Charlie's on Swim Team!

"Steve in a Speedo" finally has a son in a speedo (jammer). I posted a pic of us in our jammers a few weeks back when we got home from Mexico where Charlie did a pool workout with me under the sun. But here are a few pics from a recent swim practice:

He nearly drowns on every stroke. But he loves it!

Then I got to witness some starts off the blocks! I missed getting photos of his REAL BAD belly flop, but here's a decent one:

That's not too bad! Way better than my first swim meet where I did this:

Beautiful. Perfect. Relatively painful.

Charlie's first swim meet is in a few weeks. He hopes to be doing the butterfly (I KNOW, RIGHT?!?) and the backstroke. I'll keep you all updated!
