Friday Funny 2395: Tweets from the National Park Service
The National Park Service shared some of their best tweets on Facebook at the end of 2024. Here's what they posted:
We said this about the bison we saw in Yellowstone.
Again, we did not TRY to pet the bison in Yellowstone... it was
just that one got really close to us as we were trying to get away!

Friday Funny 2394: Best Home Inspection Photos from 2024
I always look forward to Structure Tech's "best home inspection photos" post every year. Here are some from their 2024 post, along with their captions:
Attic time-out chair: child behavior problems plummeted
after moving the time-out chair to the attic.
Window sill/ash tray. The homeowner misunderstood the doctor who suggested a cancer screening.
Why is there a cute little house here? Because it’s the sewer access panel. Awesome!
Leaking disposer.
Painted Dishwasher. Just because you can paint it doesn’t mean you should.
The entire control panel was painted over, so we could not operate the dishwasher.
Fireball: they didn’t leave any for us.
Another stash. If you want to hide your stash better, don’t leave the bottles exposed.
Creative welding: the steel post got in the way of the overhead door,
so someone cut the post and welded these beams to the side.
Hot flush strikes again. Who doesn’t like a warm toilet seat?
Missing handrail.
It still leaks.
Short chimney. It must have been cold outside.
Scary dangerous: you have exposed conductors with no overcurrent protection.
Also, was someone trying to bypass the meter to get free electricity? Wrong side, rookies.
Separated PVC: building drain sewer inspections are for ALL houses, not just old houses.
Business in the front, party in the rear.
Peanut butter cap: “Should I cap the old opening?” “You’re damn skippy.”
Garage urinal.
Under-toilet lighting is all the rage. But seriously,
we’re showing that the toilet wasn’t caulked at the floor.
Please use both lanes until the zipper merge.
Best alternative use of a wire nut.
And here are more "best of the year" posts that I've shared from Structure Tech: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 (I haven't shared any for a few years).
As always, check out SportsAndLaughs.tumblr.com for more funnies all day long.
