And now for the last 2 days, I've been in the pink, which is "strained" as I did a normal long run (for the first time in 3 weeks) and also had an extra bike ride 2 days ago as well. So it thinks I'm working really hard when it's a pretty normal start to a week after many weeks of taking it easier.

Semi-Wordless Wednesday: Training Status Dropping
My last 4 weeks of my training status look like this:

After the TC 10 Mile in early October, I hurt my calf a little, and I've been taking it easy. I've had ONE hard speed workout since then, and I think only 1 trainer ride with much effort. (And a lot of easier runs and easier spins.) All of this "easy" work left me in the orange (which is "unproductive").
And now for the last 2 days, I've been in the pink, which is "strained" as I did a normal long run (for the first time in 3 weeks) and also had an extra bike ride 2 days ago as well. So it thinks I'm working really hard when it's a pretty normal start to a week after many weeks of taking it easier.
