April in Review

Here's what my training log looked like for April:



• SWIM: 0 yards (thanks to COVID-19 for closing the gym)
• BIKE: 8.92 miles (just this ride with Henry)
• TRAINER TIME: 4 hours 25 minutes (easy to moderate - nothing hard)
• RUN: 58.0 miles (all easy to easy/moderate)
• STRENGTH: 34 hours 26 minutes (2nd biggest month ever - only March beats it)

I hope to start some "hard" running soon. And it'd be nice if the gym opens again soon, but I'm doing OK not swimming while lifting a few weights at home. We'll see if I have time (make time) to get outside for a bike ride soon!

  1. What ever happened with your foot pain? Did running through it make go away?

  2. Megan, it's still there a bit, but running isn't hurting it. STANDING hurts it. Lots of golf ball rolling and massaging have been helping!
