October Training

Here's what my October looked like:



Just swimming and strength work.

In September, I had a LIFETIME monthly swimming PR of 27,550 yards. I had no goal to break that, and I ended up missing 3 swims in October anyway: Charlie was home sick on the 9th, and we were gone for 5 days "up north" the 15th through the 19th. (Charlie was sick again on the 25th, but I was able to do that swim the next day.)

So October ended up with 22,700 yards in the pool, and a 4 out of these 5 weeks had more than 7 hours of strength work.

I have an MRI and a meeting with a new PT mid-week next week, so hopefully I'll have some more answers on this foot/heel pain soon.
