TC 10 Mile Spot Sold

Two weeks ago, I sold my TC 10 Mile slot. Even if I got better and was able to start running, I didn't want to have have looming thinking "if I push myself a BIT I could be ready for that on Oct 6!" Nope, it would not have been smart. (And I'm still far from running, so it was a good call to sell it.)

In about an hour, a Facebook friend claimed it. If you've been a looooooong time reader, you might remember her from when we did "Speed Saturday" workouts at the track with friends. Here's Jennifer (who bought my race entry) running with my wife:

My last run where I knew something was wrong with my foot/heel was with the boys in the stroller. :(
