After many weeks of a swim, bike, or a run happening EVERY day (as shown in
last weekend's post), I scaled it back after some knee pain last Friday. Here's a shot of my training calendar, with some easy days the 8th through the 12th:

I'm coming off
some BIG training in November, so it's not all unexpected that my body told me to HOLD UP for a few days. My 8 mile run this morning felt just fine, so I'm hoping this knee pain was just a little hiccup that's all done. Tomorrow is a trainer ride, and we'll see if I "just spin" for an hour or so, or if I feel like I can actually do a "workout."
Unrelate sidenote: I just helped get a lot of work ready for an "Open Studios" event at Hamline University.
