Losing a Toenail
I showed a SUPER SORE looking toenail back in early February after an icy run with lots of turns. It SUCKED.

So off it came. There was a thin nail growing in its place. But this fella went into the trash:

Love your blog! Always monitor the mole between your toes. Look for change in size or color. Skin cancer can hide. Early detection is important.
