After about 3 years of wearing my Garmin consistently 24 hours/day, I finally earned this badge:
That’s a perfect sleep score of 100, and on a night that wasn’t really that special. I got just under 8 hours of sleep, but apparently it was GOOD sleep according to my Garmin. It was the night after Thanksgiving where I ate a lot of food and did the
Turkey Day 5K that morning. And I didn't wake up feeling an extra rested or anything.
Here's what the last 4 weeks looked like, and you can see this score of 100 in the middle where I normally average 86:

And the big dip a few nights ago is getting my wife from the
airport after she got back late from a few days at a work conference.
Checked that Garmin "badge" off my list! :)
