Monday was the last of a stretch of hot and humid days here in MN. I weighed myself before my morning run, and I was 159.0 lbs. I drank a lot of water before my run, and I stopped twice on my run to drink more (around mile 2.5 and 8.5). I figured I drank around 20 oz total - over a pound of water for sure.
When I finished my run, I weighed myself again:
I was down almost 4 lbs in over an hour, and I drank over a lb of water in that time as well.
So I lost about 5 lbs over a 75 min sweaty sweaty run. Gross.
