The last 4 weeks of training have all been decent, but last week was a BIT bigger:
I was
pooped through mid-December, but then things felt better and I kicked up the training a bit again. Last week, I had a
good long treadmill run, then
my best swim in years (after lifting lots of weights), and I ended the work week with a
treadmill tempo 5K.
So the last 4 weeks had "intensity minutes" of 1575, 1612, 1572, and then 1746 last week (as the biggest peak on the right in that chart). That's a nice 4-week stretch, especially for the winter months!
