Pooped!

Lately, my "training status" has shown that I've been "strained:"



And my "heart rate variability" has been tanking:



And I had a HORRIBLE night of sleep to start this week:



And finally, for 2 nights in a row, my "training readiness" was ONE, which is the lowest I've ever seen:


Normally for me, it's in the 40-80 range.

I think I should skip my bike workout today...
