I skipped a trainer workout this past weekend because of Easter parties with family. But the last 3 workouts (2 two weeks ago and 1 last week) were pretty basic:

110 mins of 9x5 min efforts.

100 mins of 4x10 min efforts.
(That last "alternating standing and seated every 2 mins" is very visible!)

106 mins of 4x10 min efforts.
(The 3rd set of shifting into harder gears showed up in my HR!)
I always say this: I need to work in some harder/shorter efforts on the bike.
