Long Trainer Ride

Last Saturday I finally did a bike workout I've never done: I did 12x3 min efforts with 2 min easy. I did 11 a few weeks back, and that was the most I'd done at the time. Doing 12 meant I was working for an hour: 12x5 mins = 60 mins (3 mins hard and 2 mins easy).





Good burn!!
