Semi-Wordless Wednesday: Charlie's Ride Through the Turkeys

We OFTEN see turkeys on our running route along the river, as I showed just last month. On Easter afternoon 3 days ago, my wife went for a 5 mile ride and Charlie biked with her. They ran/rode past some turkeys around 1.5 miles into their workout:

Across the street from them at the old Shriner's Hospital.

They were planning on doing a "loop" route, but Charlie wanted to see the turkeys again, so they came back the same way. They crossed River Road so Charlie could ride between some birds:

He claims he was 3 inches away. More like 3 feet.
