Semi-Wordless Wednesday: Stuck Bike Block

I took my bike off the trainer the other day, and my sweat all over the front wheel had turned into glue and the block that my front wheel was in came up with the tire:

The block stuck to the tire, and here it's floating 8" above the ground. Yikes. Yuck.

I've been sweating all over it as noted in yesterday's post.
