PROGRESS Shown In My Training Log

Here's the last 7 weeks of my training log (back to the end of January - when we just got back from Mexico and I got put in my boot). The point of this is to see all the monotonous weeks with just strength work, and then some ACTUAL swims and runs recently:



Hoping to keep this up! The hard massage lately is really helping!
