This week makes 3 weeks straight of long runs 8.5 - 9.1 miles (all just over 60 minutes). Three weeks ago was the week that didn't crack 1 hour, but it was under 2 minutes shy. And then 2 weeks before they were both over 60 minutes, and that takes me back to the 2 weeks "off" after
the Minneapolis Halloween Half Marathon at the end of October. It's been a nice stretch of averaging just over 20 miles every week.
