Instagram of the Day: Wet Run
This morning, I took the boys on my first run since Sunday's triathlon. Here's what I posted on Instagram:

It was cool and rainy this morning, but with the "weather shield" over our Chariot, Henry got plenty warm. So he stuck out his toes to cool down:
