Two Quick Pics from Duathlon Nationals

Just got showered up post-race after a SWEATY day at the Duathlon National Championships near downtown St. Paul. Here's a photo I just Instagrammed:

I really pushed the effort, and just came up short as 4th in my age group
(top-10 overall final run!). Really happy with my race though!"
