The good people at Sony sent me one of these to try out, and they sent 2 extra for me to giveaway! The entire device just sits on your head. The music storage and the controls are part of the ear-piece.

I opened up my Walkman and tried it out yesterday. The first big question that Pharmie and I had (before we were even sent the Walkman) was "What if my 'ear holes' are too big or too small for the device - I CAN'T just change headphones because this new Walkman is nothing BUT headphones!" But when I cracked into the package, I found my answer. Not only do the headphones come with a "standard" set of ear-buds, but also a larger and a smaller version so you can get the best fit:

The Walkman holds together with a little magnet, and there's a little "case" to keep it together (which keeps it turned off and keeps the magnet from affecting your credit cards).

I didn't know how hard it would be to initially use. But I just grabbed the USB cord, plugged it into my computer, opened the window that popped up, and "dragged-and-dropped" songs from my iTunes into the "Music" folder from the device. Boom. Music on the Walkman. Charged and ready to rock.

So I put it on. I hit play. Music. You'd think it'd be hard to remember how to control (being you can't see the controls while you're wearing it), but it made sense right away. Click it forward or backward to move one song forward or backward. Click it straight in to start or stop. Click the front "other" button to make it louder, and the back "other" button to make it softer. Easy.

But would it stay put? If you're a "regular" blog follower, you'll know that I'm injured right now, and I can't run. So I just bounced around the house. Immediately, it "slipped" a little, but it was actually sliding MORE into place. Now it was set - it didn't move. And if it would have, I would have just tried the smaller or larger earbuds.

It was turned on, playing music, and staying put. What more do you want?
