He's not going to post a good bike split in running shoes on that road bike and I doubt there's even a chamois in those running shorts. Maybe I'm missing the point?
That is crazy! I was laughing pretty hard. Somehow my winter Ironman training is going nothing like that. Yesterday I swam in an outdoor pool and had a chance to work on my tan lines in a heated pool. Today it is getting up to 71 and will be a great day for a ride or a run.
