Quick Report from the Oakdale Duathlon

Matt and I are back from the Oakdale Duathlon and a successful showing of “Team Happy Pants.” We both had a solid race and are happy with how we performed.

The Good News: We took just over 8 minutes off the old course team record from the last 6 years!! We knocked it down from 1:17:47 to 1:09:44! Nice!

The Bad News: Even after doing that, we still finished as the 3rd team out there this year! There were 2 insanely fast teams that finished 1:02 and 1:03!!

Back with a full report soon! Lots of photos and lots of friends! AND it was the first race in “the bowl full of sunshine” this year!
