    Look for a tall dude in a First Light jersey riding. Mike Madden, Rich's teammate. He is racing with his daughter and he is FAST on the bike. The guy goes up hills backwards faster than we do out of the saddle.

    Good swim today. YOu missed the best part tho, the part where you go breathless. hahahaha.
